Installation success with 24 NRG Group
We recently completed a massive renovation and installation project for Cornwall Occupational Therapy at their Tresor site.
Tresor Short Break service is for children and young people aged 7-18 years with learning disabilities and associated complex needs. They provide a high level of support for each child and young person, which is dependent on an assessment of their individual needs. They have access to a range of social and leisure facilities. The staff team are experienced in successfully managing a variety of complex and challenging needs.
We were honoured to take on this project , for the work that Tresor Short Break Services performs is life changing for children and young people.
Our Director and Founder Jonny Robinson, and our National Engineering Manager Craig Johnson were both on site to complete this monumental project!
The bathroom was completely renovated during the project!

The floors were removed and strengthened, and new flooring was covered afterwards. We also installed a Hi/Low sink.

The doorways required completely remodelling to accommodate a new ceiling hoist gantry system. This gives easy access to the adjacent bedrooms, enabling the ceiling hoist to be moved effortlessly from the bathroom to the bedrooms.

Leading by example, Jonny Robinson was there from start to finish to see the project through till the end
The assisted profile bath was successfully installed, with new seals and lubricants created. The bath in question was a brand new piece of equipment from another site, this was removed by our team from the other site. Following this, we fully decontaminated the bath and transported it personally 15 miles to their Tresor site.
The products we used during the decontamination process was manufactured by Teccare. Teccare are an industry leading safe and effective single-step cleaning and disinfection solution for all surfaces and environment. You can purchase Teccare from our online shop; Trade2care.co.uk.
All of this work was completed in just four weeks!
Cornwall Occupational Therapy were delighted with the service we provided, and have graciously allowed us to use the photos we have posted for this article. The equipment installed is all covered under warranty.
